9.1. Photographs, artist impressions and other pictures shown on this website are for illustrative purposes only and may show fixtures, fittings or finishes which are outside the available standard Creation Homes product range or which are only available in some of the Creation Homes designs or when selected as inclusions above the standard Home Inclusions for a particular design. 10. PROMOTION PERIOD AND AVAILABILITY

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Build Faster. Live Sooner – Creation Homes Campaign T&Cs (Designs up to 250m²)

  1. Eligibility & Offer Limit
    The “Build Faster. Live Sooner” offer is available on a limited basis to a maximum of six (6) home contracts per calendar month across Queensland. This promotion applies only to home designs up to 250m² and is available through participating New Home Specialists at Creation Homes.
  2. Eligible Designs & Selections
    A total of 24 fixed home designs are available under this promotion. Customers may choose from:
    • One (1) of four (4) pre-selected internal colour schemes
    • One (1) of four (4) pre-selected external colour schemes
    • One (1) of four (4) façade options fixed façade options matched to the selected design, including: Standard Hip, Raised Hip, Gable, or Hamptons-style façade.
  3. Inclusions & Upgrades
    This promotion is based off Creation Homes (QLD) Essence Specification and is not compatible with any upgrades or promotional offers. No structural alterations other than standard options are permitted. This is to maintain the 10-week site start and 18-week build timeframe. If the client opt to upgrade to the Living Specifications or select an Upgrade Pack, allow an additional 2 weeks.
  4. Timeline to Site Start & Build Completion
    Creation Homes guarantees site start within 10 weeks from receipt of all required paperwork and signed documentation from the customer. Required paperwork includes:
    • Proof of land settlement
    • Written finance approval
    • Receipt of 5% deposit to Creation Homes

Build completion is targeted within 18 weeks from site start to handover. This timeframe excludes final handover activities such as bank valuation and final account settlement. Driveways and landscaping are not included in the 18-week build period and may require additional time if part of the contract.

Suitability of Design to Land
Should a selected design not be suitable for the nominated lot (e.g. due to setbacks, estate covenants, or local authority regulations), the customer must consult with a Creation Homes New Home Specialist to discuss alternative options. Creation Homes reserves the right to confirm whether the chosen design is suitable in its reasonable opinion.

  1. Timeline Guarantee & Rent Coverage

If Creation Homes does not meet the agreed build timeline of 18 weeks from site start to handover, and all customer obligations have been met in full and on time, the customer may be eligible to receive up to $1,000 per week in rent coverage.

This applies for each full week beyond the 18-week build timeframe, up to a maximum of 8 weeks ($8,000 total). To be eligible:

  • Customer must have met all conditions required for site start on time (including land registration, finance approval, and submission of all documents).
  • No changes or alterations were made to the home design (other than standard options), façade, colour scheme.
  • Delays must not be due to customer-related issues, finance delays, land delays, natural disasters, or external supplier disruptions beyond Creation Homes’ control.
  • Customers must take all reasonable steps to complete the handover process — including accepting possession of the dwelling and signing all relevant documentation — within 14 days of practical completion.

Evidence of rental expenses must be supplied to claim the payment.
Creation Homes reserves the right to assess claims and determine eligibility at its discretion.

  1. Other Conditions
    This promotion:
    • Cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
    • Is subject to availability of land and council approvals
    • Applies only to the standard, unaltered home design as per the current “Build Faster. Live Sooner” range
    • Is valid for new customers only
  2. Disclaimer
    Floorplans, images, and renders used in any promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and may include optional upgrades not included in the base package. Site start and build timeframes are subject to the customer meeting all requirements and external factors beyond Creation Homes’ control, including but not limited to weather, material availability, and site access.
  1. Additional Conditions
  • Promotion applies to single-storey homes up to 250m² on registered land or land registering within 4 weeks of deposit.
  • Land must be sewered, with no retaining walls, no BA relaxations, and BAL rating not exceeding 12.5.
  • Customers must finalise all colour selections and sign off on any variations within 48 hours of their initial consultation.
  • No owner works are permitted.
  • Build time excludes driveways, fencing, and landscaping – if included in the build, allow an additional 2 weeks.
  • Total project estimate is 28 weeks from deposit to handover: 10 weeks to site start and 18 weeks for construction.

11. REFERRAL PROGRAM

Eligibility

11.1 This referral program (“Referral Program”) is open to all existing clients contracted to build with Creation Homes (QLD) Pty Ltd.

Referral Process

11.2 To participate in the Referral Program, individuals must refer family or friends (“Referrals”) to build a home with Creation Homes (QLD) Pty Ltd.

  • Referrals must be new clients to the Company with the approval of a sales manager provided and must sign a contract for the construction of a home.

Reward

11.3 For each qualified Referral, the referrer will receive a $2,000* Visa Gift Card (“Reward”).

  • The Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
  • The Company reserves the right to substitute the Reward with an alternative of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Promotional Period

11.4 The (“Referral Program”) is valid for Referrals made within any specified promotional period as announced by the Creation Homes.

Claiming Rewards

11.5 To claim the Reward, the referrer must ensure that the Referral mentions their name during the initial consultation with the Creation Homes.

  • Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the Referral signing a contract with the Company and paying the required deposit.

Limitation

11.6 There is no limit to the number of Referrals an individual can make during the promotional period.

General Conditions

11.7 The Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Program at any time without prior notice.

  • The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Referrals or referrers found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent activities.
  • By participating in the (“Referral Program”), participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Company, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the (“Referral Program”).

Liability

11.8 The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the (“Referral Program”) or the use of the Reward.

Governing Law

11.9 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Queensland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
